Here at A1 Fitness, we have Angela available for personal Training. She has her own technique and skills, and is available for the Rates shown below.  She is exceptional at organising a beginner, or casual trainer who wants that one on one advice and motivation. she excels in pushing people to new levels with her quirky humour, and 'never give in' attitude.   If you want angela to give you that personal time that will enhance your Gym experience, just ask any questions you may have, and decide what sort of package suits you. Angela does have commitments to instructing certain Classes, as per the Class Timetable, but that leaves most time free, and SHE will try to fit in with your requirements.
