At A1 Fitness, we are always on the look out for new Classes are Members might enjoy. We would love to hear of any different types of Classes you have enjoyed, and think might go down well at A1.
The reason the Class timetable may appear a little complex, is that over time, we try to fit the Classes in with the lifestyle of the folk turning up for them.
So if it suits the majority, say on a Wednesday, to get home, sort the kids out, have a light tea, and then take a Class, we start that Class at 1815hrs to fit in.
So again, give us your feedback and requests.
