A1 CLASSES EXPLAINED
AEROBICs KETTLEBELL STEP BOXERCISE FITBAR MULTI-SKILL STABILITY BALL CIRCUIT

30 Minutes of Cardiovascular exercise, followed by 15 minutes body conditioning.
All levels of fitness catered for. If you have never done it before, we'll talk you through it. (45 min Class)

A 30 minute exercise Class, were as you see it, you can do it. Easy to follow.
The Kettlebell comes in different weights & sizes. We supply them.
A must for keeping hold of muscle, so you can burn calories quicker.

Step is another Cardiovascular workout without the jogging. It is choreographed to music, and can be difficult to follow at the beginning. Hence there is a Beginners Class to get you going. Great fun, and a very popular Class. (30 min & 1 Hour)

An exercise Class based loosely on Boxing. Don't be scared!
Easy to follow, top to toe work out. Great if you are in a mood, and want to take it out on our punch bag like equipment. (1 hour Class)

Body Conditioning class, using a long Fitbar. There are variety of weights of the Fitbar available. Again easy to follow, and your Instructor will show you how.
A favourite with all ages, and levels of fitness. (45 min Class)

This Class combines various pieces of Gym equipment, to create an exercise Class that combines elements of Circuit Training, and the other equipment based Classes above. Easy to follow but one of the physically harder ones. (30 mins & 45 mins)

An essential part of the overall exercise routine is working the Core, and improving flexibility & agility. This Class, by using the large Stability Ball enables you to improve in all these areas, and revolves around stretching, which is so important. (30 mins)

This Class involves 'stations', were you use equipment, like medicine balls, skipping ropes and plate weights. Another physically harder Class, but we are there to help and get you through it. (45 mins)
